Delete Your NoRethink Account
If you would like to permanently delete your NoRethink account and associated data, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] using the email address associated with your NoRethink account.
Please use the subject:
Account Deletion Request
To help us process your request faster, include:
- Your registered email address
- Your name (optional)
- A statement requesting deletion of your account
What Happens Next
- We verify that the request is made by the account owner.
- Your account is marked for deletion.
- During the 30-day grace period, you may contact support to cancel the deletion request.
- After the grace period expires, your account and associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, the following data will be removed:
- Account profile
- Bookmarks
- Folders
- User preferences
- Sync data
- Authentication tokens
- Any other user-generated content associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
The following information may be retained for a limited period where necessary:
- Support correspondence
- Server logs
- Security and audit logs
- Information required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Permanent deletion occurs after the 30-day grace period has expired.
